Empowering Change

Disability Access Solutions is a woman-owned, disabled-led consulting service providing subject matter expertise on the inclusion of people with disabilities within the workplace. Disability Access Solutions works with employers to identify the organization’s needs for growth to best promote accessibility and inclusion of employees (and customers) with disabilities. Disability Access Solutions LLC can help to facilitate a hiring pathway to recruit folks with disabilities, guide process and systems changes to better the experience of disabled employees and support the conception of disability-focused resource/business/affinity groups.

Disability Access Solutions can assist your organization in building a disability-friendly culture, recruiting people with disabilities (an often untapped talent pool), retaining disabled employees, providing education and professional development for best practices, and working to remove structural and systemic barriers for employees, prospective employees and customers with disabilities.

Disability Identity

This storytelling event was the end result of a project I worked on as a fellow of the Disability Lead Institute alongside three other fellows.

My story goes through my experiences navigating chronic illness and walks you through my journey of coming into my own disability identity. I would urge you to listen to all four stories told here. My story begins at 27:20.
